This website is designed to assist U.S. States and Territories in establishing State programs for the purpose of conducting background checks on all prospective employees for direct access positions with long term care facilities and providers.
Registered users from grantee States can access resources related to conducting background checks on direct access employees and submit requests for technical assistance in the development of their own State-level programs.
