Background Check System Documentation: Customizable User Guides


These background check system (BCS) user guides introduce users to the features of the BCS and provide detailed instructions for using the system. Guides have been prepared for four types of system users: provider users, provider administrators, state users, and state administrators. The guides have been written to reflect the full system functionality available to the States and are annotated to identify areas were customization for individual state systems may be needed.
